Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received and have not been able to reach a resolution through our online ticketing system, you may submit a formal complaint by opening a new ticket marked “Complaint”. This ensures your issue is logged, tracked and handled promptly.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days. An investigation will then be carried out into the issues raised, and a full response will be provided within ten working days. Where the matter is particularly complex, it may take longer to provide a full response. If this is the case, we will explain the steps being taken and advise when you can expect a complete reply.
